About Chili
Chili arrived at the shelter after being picked up by the city, and no one ever came for her. Her sweet nature stands out right away—she genuinely loves people and brings a lot of playful energy wherever she goes. Chili has a soft spot for outdoor adventures and chasing after toys, and those familiar with her past say she's always been a happy, wiggly dog eager for attention. She’s assumed to be a Lab/Hound mix, born in February 2025, so she’s still just around 8 months old. Chili weighs about 65 pounds and has a striking red coat with a little patch of white on her chest. She does well with other dogs and would love to meet any potential new dog siblings. Chili thrives around people, gets along with children, and always greets you with a tail wag and big excitement. All dogs adopted from Green Hills Animal Shelter are spayed or neutered, wormed, up to date on vaccinations, and tested for heartworms if age-appropriate. Adopters also receive a starter bag of Science Diet food to make the transition easier. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
