About Dolly

Meet Dolly, a sweet and affectionate black kitten with medium-length hair. She arrived at the shelter from a crowded situation on the east side of the state and temporarily stayed in foster care where she received extra love and attention. Now, Dolly is ready to find her forever home. Although she may appear a bit shy at first, don’t let that fool you; she's a genuine lap kitten and loves to be held and brushed. Dolly thrives on playtime and is especially motivated by wet food. She would be happiest adopted with another kitten or young playful cat, as companionship is essential for her joy. For the safety of Dolly and young children, she can’t be adopted to homes with kids under six years old. Dolly is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, with an approximate birthdate of April 22, 2026. Her adoption fee is $120. If you're interested in meeting Dolly or any cats at Second Chance Cats of West Michigan, you can fill out an application at sccatswm.org/adopt or visit us during open hours.
