About Habanero
Habanero is a big, chunky orange cat with striking deep-orange swirls. He might have come to Furball Farm with a spicy reputation, but he's transformed into an affectionate companion. His journey took time and patience, and he still values a slow introduction in a new home. Initially, he may hide as he adapts, requiring understanding and gentle encouragement until he feels safe. Once trust is established, expect Habanero to approach you with his tiny, kitten-like meow, demanding affection. He loves to bask in sunshine, enjoy lickable treats, and curl up in cozy blankets. Habanero thrives in the company of other cats and would be happiest in a multi-cat household. He is FIV positive, but the staff at Furball Farm can explain what that means and how it impacts his life. Having just had his teeth cleaned, he’s ready to show off his sparkling smile. Adopting Habanero means giving him the time to settle in and adjust comfortably. His ideal family understands that patience is key as he transitions into his new home. Come visit him at Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary any day from 1–5 PM!
