Finn is a delightful 4-year-old Hound/Pit mix who embodies the best of both worlds. He’s a couch potato at heart but also loves a good adventure, whether it's a car ride or a game of fetch. When he’s not tearing around, you’ll find him lounging on the sofa, soaking up the affection from his family. Finn joined H.A.L.O. after his family relocated and couldn't take him along. He’s housebroken and knows basic commands like sit, stay, shake, and lay down. He's also shown some cleverness, with the ability to open doors. While he’s afraid of the vacuum and nail trims, he handles them with grace. Being a strong dog, he needs a family comfortable managing his power. He previously got along well with cats, dogs, and kids, but needs some caution around cats, as his introduction at the shelter didn’t go well. For families with children, those aged 5 and older would be a better match given his size and energy. Whether he’s splashing in water or chasing a ball, Finn shines brightest when he’s with people.
