Everest loves attention and will shower her family with kisses. She gets along beautifully with her canine foster sibling and would thrive in a household with another dog to play with. Everest brings a noticeable enthusiasm to each day, eager to join her foster mom in all activities, whether inside or out. She is energetic, loves chasing balls and discs, and enjoys long walks to discover her surroundings. She has quickly learned commands like “come,” “sit,” “down,” and “shake.” She’s currently working on her housetraining and leash manners, showing steady improvements. Although she has some initial separation anxiety when left in her crate, she settles down and sleeps through the night. Everest's exuberance and love for adventure make her a wonderful addition to a loving family. Preference will be given to adopters who commit to attending a six-week Canine 101 training class in person at our location in Troy, VA.
