About Molly
Let’s make it official, apply to adopt! Molly is a striking, nearly 2-year-old Cattle Dog/Aussie mix with a smooth coat in an eye-catching tricolor pattern of white, black, and brown. She’s a playful and sweet companion who picks up on routines quickly, especially from other dogs, and absolutely loves to run and engage in games with both humans and canine friends. Molly thrives best in a family that understands the needs of active working breeds and can offer continued structure and training, as she’s still perfecting her manners and responding well to guidance from experienced handlers. This fun-loving girl gets along nicely with most dogs, particularly males or other confident pups her size who can help model good behavior for her. She’s done well with smaller and older dogs in her foster home and could excel in a home with dog-savvy older children. While Molly has not yet been cat tested, her foster is open to arranging a meet if you have feline friends. She is housebroken—after just a brief adjustment period in a new environment—and already knows basic commands, but would benefit from further obedience training to help her reach her potential. You’ll find she communicates her needs clearly and isn’t shy to bark if she wants your attention. Molly was born on October 14, making her a Libra—a sign known for being personable and eager to please! She is spayed and current on vaccinations and preventatives. Before placement, all adopters will need a home visit, and Molly’s placement comes with a two-week trial period to ensure everyone is a perfect fit. This could be the start of something paw-some.

This breed mix has high energy levels and benefits greatly from having access to a large yard or regular trips to open spaces where they can run and play. Apartments can be suitable if their exercise needs are consistently met.
