Though he hasn’t interacted much with other dogs, McDonald is eager to meet new friends. Cats are a mystery to him, and he’d prefer to avoid toddlers who might accidentally overwhelm a little guy like him. With a gentle spirit, McDonald is a bit timid initially but is gradually showing his true colors, proving to be a sweet, affectionate cuddle bug when comfortable. He may need some extra encouragement as he adjusts to new surroundings, especially around doors. With patience and some tasty treats, his playful personality will shine through. His energy level is between 4-6, and this might rise once he feels more at home. McDonald is looking for a loving family ready to guide him through training, ensuring he grows into a well-mannered adult. His crate manners are solid, and he’s making good progress on potty training after starting with pads in his previous home.
