About Armando

Armando, affectionately known as Armie, is a delightful 7-pound male Chihuahua who proves that great things come in small packages. At approximately 10-12 years old, he brings a wealth of love and charm. This little guy truly enjoys his walks and keeps pace surprisingly well for his size. He is a cuddle bug at heart, always ready to hop onto your lap for some quality snuggle time. While Armie may not be interested in toys, he can't resist the sound of a crinkling bag, instantly brightening up in hopes of a delicious treat. After a good nap next to his foster dog siblings, he remains mellow throughout the day but perks up at meal times and for walks. Those magnificent ears only add to his irresistible appeal! Armando's ideal home would be calm, and while he gets along well with gentle, relaxed dogs, he may not be suited for homes with cats or small children due to his size. Currently, Armando is enjoying his foster home in Jersey City, NJ, and is available for adoption throughout the Northeast, with transport options available to Winchester, VA. He’s house trained and crate trained. Ready to welcome Armando into your life? Click apply to start the adoption process.
