Meet Abilene, a sweet baby girl who was rescued from the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter. She is just starting to recover from mange and is already brightening up with love, toys, and tasty puppy treats. At around 8 weeks old, she’s discovering tiny kibble and enjoying her little rubber bone. Abilene recently had her first round of puppy shots and is on her way to a full recovery with her fluffy coat starting to grow back. Although she’s still on the mend, her lively spirit is ready for a happy forever home where she can thrive.
