About Clyde
Meet Clyde! This sweet Australian Shepherd is on a quest for a new forever home through no fault of his own. At 6 years old, Clyde is a tri-colored, neutered male with a full tail that gives him plenty of character. He has been in his current care for about a year after a change in circumstances left him needing a new place to call home. Clyde weighs 41 pounds and is a healthy boy who's full of energy. He loves walks and is happy to play fetch both indoors and outside, typically enjoying about 1–1.5 miles of walking a day. He's house trained and generally has good manners, but he can be a bit curious when it comes to searching for snacks. Affectionate by nature, Clyde adores cuddling next to you and is great at following commands like ‘sit,’ ‘stay,’ and ‘come.’ He enjoys the company of other dogs and does well with them, but he will need one in his future adoptive home. While he’s friendly, he struggles with leash manners due to his eagerness to greet others. Clyde is great with children, has a playful spirit, and is known to be calm but can be a bit anxious at the vet’s office. If you’re looking for an active and loving companion, Clyde may be your match! He’s ready to find a home where he can thrive and share plenty of love. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
