Taco is a 2-year-old female mixed-breed dog with lovely black fur. This protective mama arrived at the rescue with her puppy, Carol, and has quickly shown her nurturing instincts, keeping a watchful eye over her little one. As Taco settles in, she’s learning to embrace her independence, allowing herself moments of joy and curiosity. She’s good with other dogs but hasn’t met any cats yet, so we can't say how she would interact. It's also unclear how she does with kids, as we haven’t had the chance to observe that yet. Taco is still working on her housebreaking skills, but she enjoys attention and is affectionate once she trusts you. Her ideal home would be calm and patient, providing her with the reassurance she needs as she adjusts to her new surroundings.
