About Lou
Meet Lou, a large, gentle soul who's a bit on the anxious side. Despite his nerves, he’s incredibly kind and loving. Following his human around, he thrives on affection, enjoying pets, hugs, and those delightful face squishes. After being neutered recently, we're hopeful that he’ll grow a bit calmer. Lou truly comes alive outside; he’s all about that ball life. He loves to toss the ball for himself and eagerly awaits a human throw, though his excitement often leads him to forget to bring it back. While he enjoys playtime, he does get nervous on a leash and will do best with a firm handler who understands his shyness. Lou would ideally fit into a home without small children, selecting instead mature companions who can appreciate his gentle nature. With patience, love, and a bit of exercise to keep him fit, Lou will be a wonderful addition to the right family.
