Meet Arlo, a 5-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing around 10 pounds. After losing his owner unexpectedly, this little guy found himself in rescue, and now he’s looking for a loving home where he can feel secure again. Arlo is an easygoing fellow who takes his time warming up to new people. Once comfortable, he enjoys attention and wants to be near his loved ones. While he may sometimes express himself with growls, his foster mom assures that he has never shown any aggression. He would prefer a home without small children, as they can make him a bit nervous. Living harmoniously with five other dogs, Arlo is calm and sociable. He’s still learning house training and will need a patient family to help guide him through that process. While he’s crate trained, he prefers cozy spots snuggled up next to his person at night. Arlo would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time, as he doesn’t like being left alone for long stretches.
