Winston is a shy and sweet ShiWeenie, a charming mix of Shih Tzu and Dachshund. Born on September 3, 2025, he is just about a year old and weighs around 14 pounds of pure puppy cuteness. He comes from a background of overbreeding, which has left him a bit timid around new faces. Although he’s still learning to trust, Winston shines when given love and patience. While he has been around older children, he hasn't yet interacted with toddlers, so he thrives in a calm environment. He prefers cozy corners and takes comfort in being unseen when feeling anxious. A family with experience in helping shy pets would be ideal, especially one who can provide him with consistent routines, a few cuddles, and lots of affection. Ideally, Winston would love a fur-sibling and someone who can spend ample time with him at home. He is crate trained and keeps his space clean and dry at night.
