He thrives around other dogs in his foster home, and their presence helps him feel more secure, though he is still learning to trust people and enjoy the comforts of home. With patience, consistency, and a gentle hand, Tony will blossom into a wonderful companion. Currently, Tony is not leash trained and shows fear of the leash. To ensure his safety as he gains confidence, he will need a securely fenced yard attached to the home. His ideal adopter will be ready to let him progress at his own pace and celebrate each small victory along the way. Having had a dental and being neutered, Tony is ready to find a family that will provide the time and understanding he deserves.
