Having come from a background as a puppy mill mama, she has some social challenges, particularly with other dogs. While she is not aggressive, Winnie is best as the only dog in a home. Active and playful, she also does not do well with young children, which means her ideal environment will be one where she's the focus of attention. A fenced yard is essential, and it's a plus if her owners are home often. Those with the willingness and ability to work with a professional trainer can help Winnie thrive and bring out her true potential. Winnie is fully potty trained and enjoys munching on toys and chews like bully sticks. She is also a good car rider, walks well on a leash, and calmly allows her foster family to leave her gated into a laundry room. She has a love for the Winnie the Pooh song, making her quite the delightful companion.
