About Stan

Meet Stan, a charming 3-year-old yellow Labrador ready to find his forever home. This handsome fellow weighs in at 65 lbs and has a short coat that’s a warm blend of yellow, tan, and fawn. Stan comes from a difficult past, having been rescued from a hoarding situation alongside many other dogs. He’s received much-needed medical care and is eagerly soaking up all the love and attention he can get. Though initially shy, Stan flourishes when given a safe space. Once comfortable, he enjoys being petted and is starting to show more trust in humans. This friendly Lab walks well on a leash, enjoys his daily walks, and is both housetrained and crate trained. Stan is also sociable, getting along with both dogs and people. He thrives on routine and seeks a quiet home where he can be the center of attention. A few minor health issues remain, but with ongoing care, he’s on the path to a happy, healthy life. Stan would love a family who can appreciate his gentle demeanor and help him build confidence.
