About Spider
Meet Spider, a gentle soul in search of a special someone who believes in him. After spending his early years as a breeding dog, Spider arrived at the rescue timid and unsure, having learned that trust takes time. He's about 5 years old and weighs 26 lbs, with a striking black and white coat that's short and sleek. In his previous home, Spider learned to be more comfortable around women, offering timid welcomes and quiet affection. He walks beautifully on a slip lead and is getting used to the pleasures of being inside a home. Patience is key with Spider; he may not run up for cuddles right away, but each small advance toward trust is a victory. Spider requires a female-only household with a securely fenced yard, as he struggles to trust men. He thrives with understanding and unconditional love, so if you can give him the time he needs, you'll be rewarded with special moments that mean the world to him. If you’re ready to take the journey with Spider, let’s get started with the adoption application.
