About Xarpo
Meet Xarpo, a young female Husky mix named after the Greek goddess of fall. Xarpo turns heads everywhere with her striking good looks, but it’s her playful, social personality that makes people want to stay. She might start off shy around new faces and dogs, but she quickly becomes affectionate and full of energy. Xarpo thrives in the company of other playful dogs her size or larger, and she isn’t shy about a little roughhousing—perfect for a dog who needs an active buddy. She’s working on her basic manners: polite play, not jumping, and learning how to greet people and other dogs with confidence. Xarpo sleeps well in her crate overnight, but she wants to be out and exploring during the day—no surprise for a Husky. She’s making good progress with house training, though playtime sometimes takes priority. Cats don’t hold her interest, and she’s never lived with them. Apartment living isn’t a fit for her, since she can be quite vocal and needs room to play and exercise. With her adventurous nature, she’d make an excellent running or hiking partner for someone ready to put in the time and activity. Xarpo’s looking for a family who can help her grow, keep her moving, and nurture her confidence as she settles in. Xarpo is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Ready to fall for Xarpo?
