Rescued from an abandoned lot in Puerto Rico, he quickly adapted to life in a loving environment and is ready to find his forever home. Howie's charming personality shines through his happy expression and those adorable little eyebrows. Weighing around 18 pounds, he has a medium-length, soft coat that you can't resist petting. This playful guy is great with kids, cats, and dogs of all sizes, making him an ideal family companion. He’s crate trained, potty trained, and leash trained. Howie sleeps soundly at night, which is a bonus for any busy household. He would thrive with a dog sibling but is also suitable for solo living, as long as someone is home often to keep him company.
