About Dulce
Meet Dulce, a sweet soul searching for her forever home. She's the perfect blend of playful and relaxed, always up for a game of tug or fetch but just as content to snuggle on the couch afterward. Dulce, rescued from a severe starvation case in Puerto Rico, has shown remarkable resilience without losing her loving spirit. She enjoys being around people and thrives as an integral part of the family, whether you're out for adventure or spending a cozy night in. House trained and crate trained, Dulce knows commands like sit, down, stay, and heel. She’s confident and well-mannered, making her an excellent fit for a family ready to embrace a devoted dog. While she's good with other dogs in non-food situations, it’s best for Dulce to be the only pet at home due to her past experience with food scarcity. Older children will fit best in her new family. Currently in Puerto Rico, Dulce can be adopted throughout the mainland United States through our flight program. Ready to offer this affectionate companion a loving home?
