His journey hasn’t been easy; entering the shelter at just six months old, he spent years waiting for a forever home. When he faced euthanasia due to policy changes, he was rescued just in time. Despite his past, he maintains a joyful zest for life. Since he missed early socialization, Cooper is still gaining confidence around other dogs, making him best suited for a home as the only pet, where he can soak up all the love he deserves.
