At 4 years old and weighing around 45 lbs, Sheera is incredibly intelligent and highly treat-motivated. Her foster family raves about her, saying she's the smartest Husky they’ve ever fostered. She already knows commands like sit, wait, and look at me, and she thrives when provided with structure and clear expectations. Sheera's journey hasn't been easy. Surrendered to a municipal shelter due to a skin condition, she faced a grim future on the shelter's at-risk euthanasia list. Thankfully, we couldn’t ignore her sweet face, and a loyal foster family stepped in to provide her with a much-deserved chance at life. With proper care, her skin has healed beautifully, and she's gaining weight on a carefully managed diet with supplements. To keep her engaged, Sheera benefits from a structured routine that includes two daily 45-minute walks and an additional 30-minute session for running or fetching. She's great at pacing herself, often enjoying quiet time on her bed or watching squirrels on the deck. For fun, she loves chew toys and frozen treats like banana slices frozen in water. Sheera is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. She's ready to find a family that recognizes the amazing dog she is beneath her rough start.
