About Tanner

FOREVER HOME NEEDED (currently in foster care) Meet Tanner, a nearly five-year-old, 60 lb Pit Bull who's been thriving in foster care. This sweet boy melts hearts with his mellow demeanor, affectionate nature, and goofy personality. His adorable tongue-out smile is just the cherry on top. Tanner loves being close to his people, happiest when curled up on the couch soaking up cuddles. He enjoys playing with other dogs, especially his foster sister, another Pit Bull. We’re looking for a home with another playful dog around his size; he truly thrives with a full-time canine companion. With great house manners, Tanner is house trained, walks well on a leash, and even has his Canine Good Citizen certification. He’s a hit at dog parks, showcasing his friendly and easygoing nature. We want to see him in a family that will include him in daily adventures and outings instead of leaving him home alone. Having a yard is essential, as that’s what he's accustomed to. We’d love to find an experienced family, ideally familiar with Pit Bulls or similar breeds. Tanner is a loving and well-mannered dog, potentially the perfect companion for the right family. He’s up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
