Sugar is a medium-sized, adult female mixed-breed dog. She has been spayed and is house trained, making her a wonderful companion. Sugar is up to date on her vaccinations and currently resides in Prineville, OR. Although her weight is unknown, her sweet nature and calm demeanor make her a delightful addition to any home.

About Sugar

Meet Sugar, also known as Suga Sug! She joined us in April after being surrendered, having lived with seven other dogs. The shelter has been a tough environment for her, causing her to initially become fearful and withdrawn. With time and gentle patience, she has started to trust people once again, allowing her sweet personality to emerge. Outside her kennel, Sugar transforms. She is calm and laid-back, preferring to lounge by your side while watching the world roll by. She would thrive in a quiet home where she can truly relax. While she is a bit sensitive around other dogs and can be nervous around men, she will reward a patient adopter who allows her to build trust at her own pace. Sugar is ready to find a loving home where she can feel safe and cherished. Could you be the one she’s been waiting for?
