Sweet, sweet Louie! This guy was found abandoned, tied up, and left to starve.... through all this he has stayed lovable and trusting to everyone he's met. He's currently very underweight but is improving with 3 meals a day and some very good cuddles from staff. Louie can be pretty anxious and does not like to be left alone, he really needs an adventure buddy to include him in everything. Louie has not yet been tried with dogs but he seems to maybe enjoy females more. He's gonna need some tlc, socialization, and extra extra treats. He loves his favorite staff and really misses them whenever they leave so this guy is full of love ready to give!
