About Minka

Meet Minka. This 14-pound female Terrier mix is finding her way to a brighter future after coming from a severe hoarding situation. She’s gradually discovering what it means to feel safe and loved in a home, and her progress is truly heartwarming. Minka embodies sweetness and gentleness, thriving on the closeness of her people. She would really benefit from having another dog around for company, as she enjoys their presence. Minka also loves her walks and behaves well with other dogs. Due to her past experiences, she’s still adjusting to everyday home life. Minka needs a patient and understanding family willing to provide time and reassurance, helping her build confidence as she learns what family life means. After all she’s been through, Minka is ready to embrace the joy of belonging to a loving home.
