Meet Bandit! Bandit is one of three brothers, including Sheriff and Smokey, looking for understanding forever families. These handsome siblings recently joined the Street Dog Hero family after being rescued from a rural home in Prineville, Oregon. When they arrived, they were understandably scared and overwhelmed, but with patience and love from our volunteers, they are starting to realize that life holds wonderful possibilities. At first, it took time for Bandit and his brothers to adjust, but they are now going for walks, greeting new people happily, and making great strides in their confidence. They enjoy the company of other dogs, and having a friendly canine buddy in their future home would be a great help as they continue settling in. Future families should know that Bandit may take some time to fully come out of his shell. He needs someone willing to go at his pace and cheer on his little victories. Experience with German Shepherds or Rottweilers would be an advantage, but what's most important is a heart open to a journey of growth and trust. Bandit is waiting for someone to be his lucky hero!
