About Evee
Meet Evee, a delightful three-year-old Beagle and Blue Heeler mix weighing in at 24 lbs. This sweet girl found her way to Poso Dog Rescue after being rescued from life on the streets in Texas with her puppies. Evee has made great strides during her time in foster care, shedding her initial uncertainty to reveal a playful and loving personality. Evee thrives when surrounded by her canine companions; she loves other dogs and has bonded quickly with both her male counterpart and two foster sisters. Currently sharing a home with a cat, she’s doing wonderfully, so another furry friend in her new home is a must to ensure she feels safe. As a shadow dog, Evee enjoys being near her people, and you can often find her following her foster parents around or lounging in a sunny spot. A few of her standout traits include being potty trained, a quick learner, and very food motivated, which helps reinforce her training. While Evee has settled into her new routine, she still needs a patient and understanding owner who can guide her as she navigates dog life. With time and the right family, she’s sure to blossom into an incredibly loyal companion. Her journey has shown her that life can be wonderful, and she’s ready to explore that with you.
