About Jerry

Jerry is here, ready to find his forever home! This young fellow was rescued as a stray and adopted briefly, but his previous home just didn’t work out due to some conflict with the resident cat. Now, at only 2 years old, he’s back at the Humane Society for Hamilton County, living it up in a cozy 3-story condo where he enjoys surveying his domain and napping in sunny spots. Jerry is brimming with curiosity and loves interactive playtime. He gets particularly excited about laser pointers and fishing-pole string toys, just be sure to turn off the laser pointer so he feels like he’s caught it! He enjoys the company of his human friends and will come seeking your affection when he’s in the mood for love. While he can be a bit independent, he also likes to be held and cuddled like a baby. Jerry has had a medical check, and although he previously dealt with urinary crystals, he’s now on a special diet that has helped. He weighs about 14.5 pounds and could use a bit more playtime to shed some weight. Ready to meet Jerry? Let’s see if he’s the purr-fect addition to your family!
