Since arriving in foster care, he has made incredible progress and continues to thrive in a loving home environment. Each day, his confidence grows a little more as he learns that people can be kind and the world isn't quite as scary as he once believed. While Yoshi can still be a little timid in unfamiliar situations and may occasionally startle at fast-moving things on walks, he recovers more quickly than he once did and looks to his people for reassurance. Watching him gain confidence has been incredibly rewarding, and it's clear that with patience and love, he will continue to blossom. Yoshi walks nicely on leash, gets along well with both dogs and cats, and has a calm, gentle nature that makes him a wonderful companion.
