About Robin

Robin is a 1-year-old Anatolian Mix weighing about 85 pounds. He’s searching for an adventurous companion ready to join him on nature walks, water escapades, and spontaneous bursts of energy, complete with his signature sideways hops and the occasional flying couch maneuver. This lovable character not only adores water—be it a puddle, creek, or sprinkler—but also communicates through his own unique quirks. He enjoys exploring the outdoors on a leash and treats ice cubes like gourmet snacks. Despite his impressive size, he’s surprisingly quiet and doesn’t bark excessively. When he does decide to use his voice, though, you'll notice that he has a deep bark reflecting his big personality. While another dog is not a necessity, Robin meshes well with confident canines who can handle his exuberant play style, which can be a bit overwhelming for smaller pets or children. He also has some amusing habits, like his aversion to being followed, the peculiar need to exist to the left of his humans, and a special disdain for wet grass. Robin needs a physically fenced yard to work on his comfort around vehicles and people as he continues to build his confidence. He appreciates structure and boundaries, and in return, you'll gain a goofy, water-loving buddy who will keep you laughing through each adventure. Ready to fall in love?
