She weighs around 35 lbs, though she came to us a bit underweight and is currently working on gaining back the healthy weight she needs. Penny is friendly, playful, and adores being around all the dogs she's met so far. However, she has a strong chase instinct when it comes to cats, so a feline-less home would be best for her. Penny shines around kids, as she comfortably lived with two school-aged children in her previous home. With her eager smile and curious ears, she brings joy wherever she goes. When you adopt Penny, your fee covers her spay, microchip, and all necessary vetting. You’ll also receive lifetime support from our rescue. Adopting a rescue dog often means an adjustment period, especially as they adapt to new environments, so patience during this transition is key.
