Meet Keiko! We are always wondering what’s going through that little head of hers. She’s a unique character! Keiko watches the world go by as though everything is new to her. It is so enjoyable seeing her explore new things and learn what it’s like to be a dog. Although she’s a mischievous girl, she’s willing to learn. At 5 years old she didn’t have the best start to life; scars littering her body, a torn lip, used for breeding, etc. Yet every day she greets us with kisses and hugs. If there’s a dog that deserved a second chance, it’s this girl. Keiko is still looking for a foster or adopter! Because we don’t know too much about her previous life in a home coming from the local shelter, she will need someone helping her navigate house training! She is about 5 years old, spayed, and only around 35 lbs. She loves toys, chew bones, walks, and sunbathing. We think she would do best living in a home with a male dog. No cats for Miss Keiko!
