Scrappy was picked up after being spotted on his own at a local park, but he’s making a smooth transition to foster life. He greets familiar faces with enthusiasm, yet most of the time, he’s got a mellow, steady personality. Once he’s comfortable, Scrappy is all about lap time and quiet cuddles.
