Dart is a small fellow at about 15 lbs and is estimated to be around two years old, likely putting him in the adult category. He’s believed to be an Australian Shepherd mix. Dart arrived at the shelter in Alabama, where he was found wandering with his family. It appears he may have had a rough start as a yard dog, likely neglected and without much attention. Dart needs a nurturing environment where he can experience love, socialization, and the reassurance that he is cherished. His sweet personality flourishes with the right family support. Currently based in Alabama, we plan to bring Dart to Maine this fall, and he's eager to find a forever home.
