Meet Flip Flop. He may have a quirky name, but this sweet little Terrier takes life at his own pace. New people and environments can feel overwhelming for him, so he prefers to approach everything one cautious step (or paw) at a time. Flip Flop isn't the "HI, NICE TO MEET YOU, LET'S BE BEST FRIENDS!" type. Instead, he’s more of a "I'll be over here observing you from a safe distance... please don't make it weird" kind of guy. He needs a patient and understanding family that will give him the time and space to feel secure. Once he knows you're here to love him rather than frighten him, we have no doubt that those cautious flips will turn into joyful zoomies! Watching his confidence grow will be incredibly rewarding for the right adopter. Flip Flop simply needs someone who is willing to slow down, earn his trust, and show him that the world isn't so scary after all.
