About Braxton

Meet Braxton! He's a lively, one-year-old Hound mix, weighing around 70 lbs. Braxton enjoys the outdoors, whether it's a stroll or a hike, and loves playing with toys—just steer clear of the stuffed ones, as he finds the stuffing a tasty treat. His energy is matched by a love for cozy couch naps, making him a great snuggle companion. Smart and eager to learn, Braxton thrives on puzzle toys and mentally stimulating activities. He knows basic commands, is kennel trained, and is improving his leash skills. While he warms up slowly, once you're in his circle, you’re there for life! Braxton loves to play with other dogs but prefers to be the only dog in the home due to his tendency to guard his toys and treats. He’s kid-friendly but might be suited for older children given his size and enthusiasm. Click apply to start the adoption process.
