Meet Norman! This charming boy has already triumphed over challenges, making his way to Bend from Norman, Oklahoma. Formerly known as County Puppy 4, he gained local fame when the community chose his name to honor the rescue that saved him. Now settled in Bend, Norman is on the lookout for a caring foster family and, ultimately, his forever home.
