Though Olson enjoys making new friends, he tends to be a bit too enthusiastic with other cats and could be a bully at times. For this reason, he would thrive best as the only cat in a quieter home without children. Olson is FIV+, but this condition doesn't prevent him from leading a fulfilling life; with regular veterinary care, he can be a healthy companion and can cohabit with other cats.
