Meet Woogie! This cuddly, smart boy is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, and at 8 years old, he weighs around 28 pounds. Woogie is a great companion who enjoys leash walks and is treat motivated. He prefers to be close to his people and loves his cozy dog bed at night. While he might be a bit shy in new environments, it doesn't take long for him to warm up and show his happy self. Woogie is a keen listener and already knows commands like sit, lay down, stay, and kennel. Like many corgis, he can be vocal but settles down with guidance. Keep in mind, he may not be best suited for apartment living. While he does get anxious at the vet, he's become more comfortable since being neutered. He was previously good with small children under supervision, but older kids are a better match. Woogie is friendly with dogs and may just need time to adjust now that he’s neutered.
