Eva is an adorable 4-year-old female black toy poodle who weighs just 5 pounds. She came to us from a breeder because she was too small for breeding, but now she’s ready for a loving home. This cuddly lap dog thrives on attention and enjoys being brushed. While she is friendly towards new people, she can be a bit shy around men. Eva is great with other dogs of all sizes and would love to share her home with another canine companion. A secure fenced yard is ideal for her outdoor playtime. She has done well with the children she has met, but we recommend dog-savvy kids aged 10 and up to prevent any accidents due to her small size. Though Eva likes to run around, she’s not overly playful. She is house-trained and needs to go out every 5 hours, although she doesn’t signal when it’s time. Her foster believes she might walk in circles when she needs to go outside. Eva can sleep in a crate alongside another small dog and travels well in the car. She knows her name and responds when called but hasn’t mastered any commands yet. With a sweet and easy-going personality, Eva is a true lover. She has been spayed and is current on her vaccinations.
