Meet Theodore, a charming young pup who recently joined our rescue thanks to our wonderful partners. At just around 5 months old, he’s already made a lasting impression on everyone he meets. This black Labrador Retriever mix has a sweet demeanor and a playful spirit that's sure to brighten any home. He gets along well with other dogs and loves people. In fact, he's likely to thrive in an environment with kids! Theodore has been waiting patiently at the shelter, though he has shown great progress in his training. He's approaching potty training with flying colors, and while we anticipate a few accidents as he settles into a new environment, he's well on his way. His leash manners are impressive for a puppy raised in a shelter setting. Theodore will be arriving in Maine mid-September, and he's eagerly waiting for his forever family to come and take him home.
