Cleo is an approximately 5-6 year-old Akita/German Shepherd mix who was found as a stray in Cleveland, Texas. Now in a loving foster home lined up in Iowa, Cleo is set to make her trip north this September. She is a sweet and friendly girl who gets along well with other dogs and children. While she's been around cats only through a fence, she showed interest without any aggression, so a cat-friendly home should be prepared for a gradual introduction. Cleo is heartworm positive but is currently completing treatment and is expected to be heartworm negative soon. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and on a monthly preventative.
