About Buttercup

Buttercup is a fun-loving, 3-month-old puppy currently fostered near Cedar Rapids/Iowa City, Iowa. Found as a stray in Oklahoma with her siblings, she's now safe and ready to find her forever home. This golden girl is brimming with puppy energy. She enjoys playing with toys, chasing balls, and running outside, and she relishes the company of other dogs. Once she winds down from playtime, Buttercup loves to snuggle. She’s crate trained and walks well on a leash, but is still working on potty training and mastering commands like “sit” and “wait.” She may be a little hesitant around fast movements, but with patience and encouragement, she’s gaining confidence every day. Buttercup would thrive in an active family eager to continue her training and provide plenty of exercise and enriching experiences. Early socialization is key, and she already gets along well with children and other animals. This playful pup will be adopted under a spay contract for an adoption fee of $500, which includes a $100 rebate upon proof of spay and up-to-date vaccinations.
