Meet Roosevelt, a spirited 8-month-old Terrier mix ready for a fresh start. Currently in a high-intake shelter in Georgia, this sweet boy is eagerly awaiting a foster or adopter to secure his spot on an upcoming transport to Cedarburg, WI. Roosevelt has endured tough times but is now safely in rescue, receiving the care he deserves. At 27 pounds, he's still gaining weight and proving he’s resilient despite his past. Though we don't yet know how he behaves indoors, his leash manners are good, showing that he’s eager to learn. Roosevelt gets along with both dogs and cats, but hasn't been tested with kids yet.
