Meet Pippin, the charming, playful puppy, inspired by Lord of the Rings. At around 3-4 months old and already 10 lbs, he is on a journey to find a loving family who will nurture him. Pippin has been soaking up attention at Mostly Mutts and is already considered one of the sweetest pups in all of Middle Earth. His playful yet calm personality makes him the perfect companion for many families, and he is eager to discover more about the world with you. Pippin has shown great potential in getting along with other dogs, so if you have a dog that could use a playful friend, let’s set up a meeting! While he hasn’t met any children yet, it’s best to keep him away from very young toddlers until he settles in. He’s currently in training at Mostly Mutts University, where he will learn some essential skills for puppyhood and beyond. This playful little guy loves being held, playing with toys, and exploring the surroundings of the play yard. As a young pup, he’s still figuring out his boundaries, so expect some playful antics as he engages with the world around him. Although he is learning quickly and having fewer accidents at the shelter, Pippin will need a family committed to potty training and crate training.
