About Jack

Jack is a charming 3.5-year-old male Shih Tzu mix looking for a new home. With his adorable big eyes and signature underbite, he captures hearts quickly. Unfortunately, after the passing of his owner, he found himself with family who couldn’t keep him due to allergies in their baby. Weighing just over 18 lbs, Jack is sweet but initially shy. He might bark at first, but give him a few minutes, and he’ll warm up to you. Jack enjoys playtime and has a reputation for being house trained and well-mannered. He originally came with Max, and while it's ideal for them to stay together, he can also adapt to a separate home. He is altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and underwent a temperament evaluation to ensure he finds the right fit for his new family. If you’re looking for a friendly companion who gets along with children, Jack might be the perfect match for you.
