About Jack Modesto
Jack Modesto is a 10-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, originally from a rural home, who found his way to the shelter when his owners thought he was getting "grumpy." However, this 14-pound fellow has shown zero signs of that. Instead, he’s a bundle of affection and cheer, getting along wonderfully with everyone, including dogs of all shapes and sizes. Currently in foster care in Portland, Jack seems to be well house-trained. He's also a pro in the car and walks nicely on a leash. Despite his age, Jack stays active, playful, and incredibly fit—definitely not your typical ‘old’ dog! With his background, it's likely that Jack would be fine around livestock, but he hasn't been tested with cats. His adoption fee is waived, making it an excellent opportunity to welcome this joyful companion into your home. Your new best friend is just one click away.
