About Betty
Meet Betty, the tiniest sugar-faced lady searching for her forever family. At around 8 years old, she arrived from a rural shelter as a stray. While her past is a mystery, we know this sweet girl deserves endless love from now on. We think Betty is a mix of Lab and Basset, though she might have a tiny Chihuahua in her too, as she weighs just about 30 pounds. In person, she’s much smaller and daintier than her photos convey. Betty's charm goes beyond her looks. She adores being around people and will eagerly settle into your lap, on the couch, or beside you on a soft bed. A creature of comfort, she could spend her whole day napping close to you. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, enjoys meeting new people, and just wants to join in on whatever you’re doing — even if it means dozing off through it all. Thanks to a compassionate foster, Betty traded the chaos of the shelter for a cozy home where she can truly begin her search for a loving family. Despite her gray hairs, she retains an abundance of life and love to offer. Senior dogs like Betty are often overlooked, but inviting her into your life means providing her the forever she has longed for. Betty seeks a soft place to lay her head, someone to cherish, and plenty of nap time. This tiny sweetheart is ready to experience true home life. If you can imagine giving this perfect sugar face the love she deserves, apply to adopt Betty today.
